shipping/billing address issue

When we launched the webshop about one and half year ago, there was a bug. You could enter a 2nd line for your address but this one wasn't saved in our database.
We addressed that issue a couple of times but still sometimes we receive emails that you might still be waiting for an order and/or found out that your address was incomplete.
This cause delays in the delivery of your products. It might even cause the return of your products to us... which is disappointing for you (you have to wait even longer) and cost us extra money to reship it (logical since it was a mistake from us in the first place, we are not going to charge you more).

So for everyone, if you have an address that spreads on two lines, please check it now and see if it's complete. Or if you wait for a next order, please double check during the ordering process.
Make sure to check the shipping and billing address if you have different ones.
