  2. How can I pay at your online shop?
    Paypal is currently our main way of payment. Paypal doesn't require a Credit Card but you can use a Credit Card via Paypal if you want. You may choose to link your paypal account to a Credit Card or to your bank account. Paypal is free to use when you are sending payment.
    If you choose to use Paypal, make sure you follow the described procedure during the order process!
    If you live in Europe, you may choose for the European Transfer payment method. If you live outside of Europe, you may have to contact your bank for more information about bank worldwide bank transfer possibilities. In the future, we may implement other payment method. We will keep you informed by newsletter.

  3. Can I pay in another currency than Euros?
    This is not possible at the moment. If you choose Paypal as payment method, you can convert your currency in Euros before to send your payment. If you wire the money, you are request to wire the amount in Euro, your bank will handle the currency change rate.

  4. Can you tell me the postage cost for this or that article?
    We cannot give you a quote by email. However there is a very simple way to know what would be the shipping cost of your order: just start the ordering process. After choosing your products, the first thing you'll have to choose is your shipment method. You will then be able to see how much you have to pay for your order!

  5. I have ordered a few days ago. Can I add any other articles?
    During the whole period of time it is handled you can add articles to your actual order at any time. But if the order has already been sent by us, we can't take any new orders. You can read the status of your order in your mails that you get from us every time your status changes.

  6. What is the status of my order? What does it mean?
    We have a few order status for your order:
    • Pending: the order has been placed in our system, awaiting to check for payment [with Paypal, it's checked quicker than with bank transfer].
    • Paid: order is paid, waiting to be shipped.
    • Shipped: Your products are on the way, see time of delivery below.
    • Cancelled by Admin: your order has been cancel by an administrator. You'll have to click on "View" to see the order history. the reason for cancellation is there.
    The webshop is managed by the band. And you know the band can be pretty busy from time to time. Once your order is placed, it can take a few days before the band checks it and links your order with your payment. That's the reason why your order might be paid via paypal but still pending in our system. Incoming orders and payment aren't always checked daily, but a few times in a week.

  7. Has my order on the internet arrived at your online shop?
    If an order arrives, you'll get a receipt-mail from us. If you did not get an e-mail, please contact us and we give you further information.
    IMPORTANT: When using Paypal to send us your payment, you MUST click on Return to Merchant once you've seen your Paypal receipt. If you forget to do this, you will send your payment but will not have processed your order in our webshop. This means we will receive your payment but you will not receive your order confirmation. Further, as we won't know what you ordered, we won't be able to ship your products.

  8. What are your times of delivery?
    We ship all our products with Dutch TNT Post Services. The shipment happens after the credit note of the amount has arrived on our account. All items presented in the shop are in stock [exceptions are marked in the descriptions of the articles].
    Please note once a parcel is outside the Dutch borders, another Postal Service is in charge and we cannot tell you exactly what are their timeframe for delivery.
    Count 2 days within the Netherlands, 1 to 2 weeks in Europe and 3 weeks or more elsewhere [depending on how fast is your local post service].

  9. I already have some items you propose in your packages... Why don't you make more packages?
    We know you may have already a lot of the Gathering albums or merchandise. But we see it that way: if you buy a package of 3 items and you have already 1 of them, why not spread the good word and offer the item you already have to a friend?
    Packages are special offers that may be limited in time, please check the store from time to time. We will try to keep you informed via newsletter when we have something special.

  10. Where can I find this or this product?
    We are trying to propose as much products as we can. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we will be able to inform you about any product arrival. Please keep in mind we mainly sell products released by our own record company Psychonaut Records. Please don't contact us to ask about products that are not showing on the webshop: if a product is not showing (anymore) it means we don't have it (anymore) in stock.

  11. When do you ship my order?
    We only let products ship once we have received a payment. If your order contains any product that is currently unavailable, we will wait for your article to be back in stock. Should this article be out of stock for too long, we leave you the choice of replacement, for the same value. Or you can choose to receive a Discount Coupon for a future purchase. Incoming orders and payment aren't always checked daily, but a few times in a week.

  12. What are your different ways of shipping?
    With normal shipping, we ship your product as a letter or package. With registered shipping, your parcel comes with a barcode. In case of problem, TNT Post is able to track the parcel. Further, your parcel is insured which means IF the parcel is being lost, you won't lose your money as we can claim money back to the Post Services and ship you another item free of charge. If you live outside the European Union, you can only choose for registered shipping. Please note that registered shipping should NOT be addressed to a P.O. Box!!

  13. To which address are my products shipped?
    Your products are always shipped to the shipping address you give us. It can differ from your regular address (you can add up to 6 addresses in your address book). And it can differ from your billing address (which remains the default address). We do not take in account the address that is mentioned in your paypal account for shipping your parcel.

  14. Why is the normal shipping reaching 1,000 EUR?
    It's not a mistake. Above a certain amount of products or money, we prefer to ship everything registered. And since the webshop system had some limitation on that side, it's our way to show you should go for registered shipping. Our system automatically preselects the cheapest shipping costs available.

  15. Why is the shipping oversea so expensive?
    Believe us, we'd like to ship oversea for less than this! TNT is the historical post service in the Netherlands and it is until now the cheapest we could find... One way to reduce the shipping costs is to make group orders with some friends of yours.

  16. Can I ship a product to another address?
    You can indeed ship product to a different address without creating a new account. In "My Account", you can enter up to 6 different addresses for shipping. The primary address is always used for the billing information. However, please note that the VAT is always calculated depending on the shipping address. So if you leave in Norway and make your shipment to Sweden, you will have to pay the VAT on products.

  17. How to Contact us?
    From time to time we receive emails twice: one via our direct email address and one via our online contact form. We prefer that you use the contact form on the website cause we know for sure this form will not be discarded by our junk filters. If you answer directly to an email you received from us, there is no need to use the contact us form. Please choose one of the solution but avoid to choose both cause it gives us unnecessary extra work. If your answer was not found in these FAQs, feel free to use our contact form

    Well this is simple: when a product gets out of stock, it's automatically removed from the available products.

  19. Why was my account banned?
    If you get the message that your account is banned, it's most likely because we got an newsletter message returned to us as "invalid email". We need to be able to communicate with you if you order something. From a simple order confirmation or notification to an issue with your order, this is important that your email address is up to date. Please contact us to solve that problem.
